Please note that to avoid irregularities in the tests the Impaq rules will apply. In summary:
- Students can’t take any notes, small pieces of paper, books or any assistance into the test room. You may not write notes or pass notes along the room.
- Students MUST hand in a blank exam pad at the beginning of the test series as facilitators will distribute blank pages for the test series. No student may write on paper that they brought into the room themselves.
- Pencil bags must be transparent. No sharing of any stationary allowed. No writing (except for their name) is allowed on erasers, calculators etc. No “tipp-ex” or “frixion” pens.Stationary can’t be carried loosely, the transparent bag is a NECESSITY.
- Papers are written at stipulated times, students must be seated 30 min before the test to complete the attendance register, fill in the cover page and check that their papers are correct and complete. Arriving late will put pressure on the student and will harm their performance. No extra time will be given to students who are late or students that do notcomplete the paper in time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum inside and outside the room and no answers can be given to any questions by either the facilitator or any other person.
- Failure to comply with Imaq’s rules will result in a zero mark and could result in the suspension ofa student.
